FUNDRAISING UPDATE

CAKE SALE:

We are pleased to announce that we raised £47.00 from our cake and pakora sale in October 2019.  We wish to thank all our parents and staff for their generous donations of cakes/cookies and pakoras.  We have invested this money into buying some new books for the setting.  We look forward to our next fundraising event which is the Christmas Bazar !!

HANDS FAIR:

In June 2018, we attended the HANDS FAIR on Twickenham Green.  The team had a fantastic and fun day, representing Jellie Tots in the local community.  We had a pakora sale (the pakoras were kindly donated to us by Sheesh Mahal Restuarant in Twickenham) which did very well and we were able to raise just over £140.  We also won 1st prize for having the best entertainment for children at the fair.  We are all very proud of of the hard work everyone put in and we want to thank you everyone who came down to support us.  We would like to say a great big thank you Waitrose in Twickenham who helped us fund raise through their token scheme this summer.

FEE POLICY CHANGE:

From September 2016 Jellie Tots changed its fee policy to offer free places to all children from the term after their third birthday. Children must attend the nursery for four or five mornings a week to qualify for a free place. Parents will be charged a nominal fee of £25 a week to cover the fun little extras such as cooking, crafting and seasonal celebrations that make us such a special preschool. (For under three's our session fee will remain at £23).  To register your interest, or to arrange a preschool visit to find out what we're all about, please call our nursery manager Shapla Rahman on 0208 255 0880 or email Jellie Tots at jellietotspreschool@yahoo.co.uk

PAMPER EVENING:

We’re very pleased that our last Mother's Day pamper evening was such a success. The event raised an impressive £431, with a further £180 raised in the silent auction!  So £611 in total – thank you so much to every one who helped to organise the event itself, donated services, bid in the auction and bought tickets. I think you’ll agree it was a really fun evening!
